DIRECTIONS:
You will be working with a group of your choosing to develop a game that will review all of what you have learned this year. Each person in your group must develop
15 questions:
5 vocabulary questions, 5 fill in the blank questions, and 5 challenge questions (these questions are more challenging than multiple choice or fill in the blank.... they can be sequence questions, acting out things, duel questions, etc.)
You cannot repeat questions in your group so I suggest assigning each person in your group one unit from this year so that each person creates questions for 1 unit. I would use the website as your guide because it follows our curriculum exactly and you can use material from there for your questions. The textbook does not follow our curriculum, so use the website first, and then the textbook as an additional resource.
As a group come up with a theme for your game...it can be anything as long as it's appropriate and incorporates what you've learned this year.
REMEMBER: All games need rules, so you need to make sure your group includes detailed rules about how to play (obstacles? what do the cards/spaces mean? how do you win/what is the goal?, teams? how do you move forward?, are there penalties? etc.)
Your completed games are due by May 28
Unit 1: Nature of Science
Unit 2: Earth Structures
Unit 3: Earth Systems
Unit 4: Forces, Energy, and Motion
Unit 5: Classification and Cells
Unit 6: Human Body
